Dongjiagang Mechanical & Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd. is located in Deyang of Sichuan in Southwest China and specializes in the manufacture of wire and cable machinery. Integrating research and development, design and manufacture, marketing, installation and commissioning together, Dongjiagang specializes in the manufacture of complete plants for the wire and cable industry with 15 main products in 6 categories, namely continuous casting and rolling lines for copper rod, aluminum rod and/or aluminum alloy rod, wire drawing machines, stranding machines, and extruding machines. Our products sell well at home and abroad. So far, Dongjiagang has obtained 46 items of research and innovation achievements that can be put into manufacturing, 21 patents pending approval, and 11 patents granted by the State Intellectual Rights Administration, such as high quality rollers and automatic spoolers. A number of projects are appraised as provincial key projects. In 2007, continuous casting and rolling lines for copper, aluminum and aluminum alloy types ZZR1600+255/12, 1500+255/15, and 1600+255/14, and wire drawing machines LHD450/13 for aluminum and copper were granted quality reliability certificate by the China Association of Electrical Industry. In 2008, as authorized by the Wire and Cable Equipment Branch Association of the China Association of Electrical Industry, Dongjiagang became one of the members for the drafting of the Chinese National Standards, namely General Technical Conditions for Wire and Cable Equipment and Inspection Methods for Wire and Cable Equipment. In the following years, Dongjiagang will be responsible for the drafting of the Chinese National Standards for more machines, such as Continuous Casting and Rolling Machines for Aluminum and Aluminum Alloy Rod, Continuous Casting and Rolling Machines for Copper Rod, and High-speed Wire Drawing Machines for Aluminum Alloy. Certified in GB/T19001-2000 quality management system, Dongjiagang has a professional management team who performs strict control over each and every process from design, manufacture, supply, inspection, marketing, and after-sales services to ensure that the products meet the industry standards. Dongjiagang's goal is to bring maximum satisfaction to clients. Currently, Dongjiagang is building a new factory on a plot of 6.666 hectares in the industrial development area of Deyang to meet the market demand as well as the international manufacturing standard for better products and faster growth.
